End User License Agreement
Heidikin Books — private QuickBooks Online integration for Heidikin Heating, Electric, Plumbing & Well (New Richmond, WI).
Effective: September 13, 2026
1. Parties
This agreement is between Heidikin Heating, Electric, Plumbing & Well (“Heidikin,” “we,” “us”) and any authorized user of the Heidikin Books application (“you”). Heidikin Books is an internal tool for our own company use only. It is not offered as a public product.
2. License
We grant authorized Heidikin staff and our designated automation systems a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Heidikin Books solely to access and manage Heidikin’s own QuickBooks Online company file for bookkeeping, reporting, and related business operations.
3. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or use Heidikin Books for any third-party company’s books. You may not reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.
4. QuickBooks / Intuit
Heidikin Books connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s APIs. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit’s terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit beyond using their developer platform.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” for internal operations. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heidikin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Heidikin Books.
