We use your information to respond to service requests, schedule and perform work, send estimates and invoices, and operate our customer SMS program described below.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

When you provide your mobile phone number to Heidikin — through our website (including Contact Us), our scheduling tools, in person, or by phone — and you opt in to SMS, we collect and store your number along with a record of your consent.

We use this information to send transactional / account-notification texts about:

• appointment confirmations and reminders

estimate delivery and scheduling updates

• on-the-way / dispatch notices

• invoice and payment links

• related customer service

Up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may use messaging providers (such as Twilio and Housecall Pro) solely as processors to deliver messages you consented to receive. Those providers may only use your information to deliver those messages on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.

Consent to SMS is not required to request or purchase services.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any Heidikin text to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You may also email service@goheidikin.com or call (715) 716-0700.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep mobile numbers and consent records as needed for the SMS program, legal, and business records, then delete or de-identify when no longer needed.
